Required Attested Documents from the Employer/Foreign Principal/Contracting Co. ....

In order to proceed with any recruitment of Nepalese manpower in overseas we have to fulfill some legal obligations as per the rules & regulations laid down by the Ministry of Labor Nepal. The employer must provide us with the following attested documents which have to be submitted in the Department of Labor by us (Nepalese Manpower Consultancy) on behalf of the foreign employer.

  1. Demand Letter (Download)
  2. Power of Attorney (it must be made on the letterhead of the company willing to employ workers from Nepal duly signed by the employer along with the company’s seal on it. It has to be attested in the country of employment by the Royal Nepal Embassy/Consulate, concerned Government Authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ Labor Ministry), and Chamber of Commerce.
